Are you looking for a personal and atmospheric location for a wedding none of your guests will ever forget? The Chieftain’s Hall Rodeborg is guaranteed to be one of the most special and memorable places available for your big day. Through the years, we have hosted numerous weddings, all customised to suit the main characters of the day.
Our wedding package includes:
Private use of the Chieftain’s Hall from afternoon to morning
Private use of the whole Viking Village according to agreement (during summer we need to consider the opening hours of the museum)
Wedding ceremony in the Viking Chapel (the chapel fits around 30 persons)
A plentiful, delicious buffet
Coffee and wedding cake
Accommodation in the Chieftain’s Hall, the bridal couple in the chieftain’s room
Of course, we recommend our most splendid menu, the Chieftain’s Feast. All our menus are available here.
The programme can include activities like axe throwing or even a complete Viking pentathlon. Viking Age history, guided tours etc. are available as well, according to your wishes. Of course, all of these can be left out as well, in order to focus on the main event!
The Chieftain’s Hall fits 80 persons comfortably and, with a solution like a pole marquee outside the hall, a larger amount of guests is possible.
We can handle all the logistics for you, from taxi boats to wedding transportation. A popular location for the wedding ceremony is the beautiful wooden church in Hitis. If you choose this alternative, we can provide the bridal couple transportation in style in a 1975 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow.
